PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE FOLLOWING AIRLINE POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. TRAVELERS SHOULD BE ADVISED TO CALL THEIR PREFERRED TRAVEL AGENT FOR THE BEST ADVISE ON HOW TO HANDLE THEIR TICKET SITUATION

AIR CANADA: (Effective September 6, 2002)
Nonrefundable tickets for travel after October 1, 2002 and for travel within North America must make changes to their ticket with Air Canada or their travel agent BEFORE the departure date of their tickets.
Any cancellation or no-shows on a nonrefundable ticket will have no value after the departure date on that ticket.
This new policy applies to travel on Air Canada Jazz tickets as well.
Standby policies have not changed at present.

AMERICAN AIRLINES:(Effective August 19, 2003)

Effective immediately for all tickets with a departure date on or beyond August 19, 2003, regardless of the ticket issue date, customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets.
The reservations must be canceled prior to scheduled departure time.

CONTINENTAL AIRLINES: (Effective August 20, 2003)
Effective immediately for all tickets with a departure date on or beyond August 20, 2003, regardless of the ticket issue date, customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets.
The reservations must be canceled prior to scheduled departure time.

DELTA AIRLINES: (Effective August 21, 2003)
Effective immediately for all tickets with a departure date on or beyond August 21, 2003, regardless of the ticket issue date, customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets.
The reservations must be canceled prior to scheduled departure time.

NORTHWEST AIRLINES: (Effective August 22, 2003)
Effective immediately for all tickets with a departure date on or beyond August 22, 2003, regardless of the ticket issue date, customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets.
Northwest will allow tickets to be exchanged even if the flight was not canceled prior to scheduled departure time.

UNITED AIRLINES: (Effective August 23, 2003)
Effective immediately for all tickets with a departure date on or beyond August 21, 2003, regardless of the ticket issue date, customers with nonrefundable tickets that allow changes will have a full year from the date their original ticket was issued to reschedule without losing the value of their tickets.
The reservations must be canceled prior to scheduled departure time.

US AIRWAYS: (Effective September 13, 2003)
For wholly unused non-refundable tickets issued for travel originating on or after September 13, 2003, customers must cancel reservations by date of departure or ticket will have no value. IF PASSENGER NO SHOWS FOR A FLIGHT AND DECIDES TO CANCEL RESERVATION, THE PASSENGER MUST CONTACT US AIRWAYS OR TRAVEL AGENT PRIOR TO 11:59 P.M. ON THE DATE OF DEPARTURE. TRAVEL AGENT MUST THEN CONTACT US AIRWAYS FOR PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO RETAIN THE VALUE OF THE TICKET.

For partially used non-refundable tickets customer must cancel and rebook by 11:59 p.m. on day of departure; add/collect and change fees apply.

For wholly unused non-refundable tickets with originating travel ON/BEFORE September 12, 2003 if ticket was not rebooked and reissued by ticketed departure date then ticket has no value.

Customers MUST cancel their reservations on or before 11:59 p.m. on the scheduled departure date or the value of the ticket WILL BE LOST.

Passenger can rebook the expired ticket for a fee of $175.00 for an additional year from the date of issuance.
